John leads marketing for IBM’s $9 billion Global Technology Services (GTS) unit. This unit supports clients in practically every industry and country in the world to run their businesses, as well as to plan and execute their strategic transformation shifts. Clients benefit from capabilities including Cloud Services, Business Resiliency Services, Network Services, Technology Support Services, and Digital Workplace Services. The GTS marketing team is responsible for product marketing, content marketing, campaign management, events, digital, performance analytics and sales enablement planning and execution. John will be sharing IBM’s agile marketing journey at the Forum.
